Elections Cup 2000

In as the turn of the elections in day 29/10/2000 we use to advantage that we would be for close therefore would have that to vote and then we made this match, and therefore the name Elections Cup.

Two groups had been divided in A and B and the two first ones of each group had classified.



The first group was won easily for Freddy without taking a goal at least, large scores almost all the games and the only game with bigger difficulty was against Gugu that finished in one ties up to of 0x0, was the first game of the tournament.

John played well better than in the last match that participated, and gave work very to Gugu that came as one of the favourites and finished disappointing. He was successful pressed the first game against John with only 1x0, and in the rollback John arrived to be earning until 64mins of 1x0 when Gugu that already did not believe that it was in that situation tied up to, and obtained to turn in the end to 2x1 and classifying in second of the group.



Bernardo had difficulties to win Fabiano but he finished in first of group after wins it in home for 1x0 and obtaining ties up to for 0x0 away. Luiz Alexandre who starting in matches played very well for a novice, and obtained only goal in tournament against Bernardo, the best team of the group. But finished losing of 2x0 and 0x1 against Fabiano that finished second therefore did not obtain to score a goal in home against Bernardo.



SEMI-FINAIS

The Semifinals had been determined in the luck, and the two first places of the groups had finished if facing and therefore only one of them would arrive on Final.

Bernardo	0	x	0	Freddy

Very closed game and with many lost chances for each side, mainly for Freddy who was without Animael that had been banishes in the last game of the first phase. The result finished being just.

Fabiano	1	x	0	Gugu

Fabiano starts the game with much pressure on Gugu that was playing so bad. Gugu was without Seu Barriga that had been banishes in the first phase and with Tião-Macalé injured, but was not for in such a way. Fabiano did not delay to open the score, attacked from the beginning to the end of the game and on 78mins lose a penault. It could have open a great one score if not lose so many goals and with this have guaranteed its sorting, using to advantage the bad performance of Gugu that for as the consecutive match, disappoints in the semifinal.

Freddy	1	x	0	Bernardo

Now Freddy plays in home and part for top of Bernardo who was nothing good in field and was full dominated in field and suffered pressure from the beginning to the end of game, only carrying through sometimes dangerous counterattacks. It was not sufficient and Freddy opened the score in the first time without its better attacker Animael that still suspended. In second time Freddy kept the ball in the adversary's field and managed the victory.

Gugu	0	x	0	Fabiano

Gugu in home continues playing badly and it does not score, and Fabiano with upper-class insurance until the end of the game. Gugu was eliminated of the tournament without score in another player beyond John, an beginning one.



FINAL

Fabiano	0	x	1	Freddy

Freddy now with Animael back to the team surprises Fabiano playing in the attack exactly is of home and finishes pressuring from the start to the end of game as shows the statisticians below. But Fabiano came in dangerous counterattacks, shooting the post, losing goals without keeper, or either, continued losing many goals and with this it did not obtain to score and it finished taking a goal for feed of its keeper and losing the game in home, what already it made it very difficult to arrive at the heading. Freddy	3	x	1	Fabiano

Freddy starts in the attack as all were waiting and soon opens 1x0 with Vaginaldo. In the start of the second half he score 2x0 and starts to play in the counterattacks. Fabiano goes for top of Freddy equal to equal, loses many goals again and Freddy who was without taking no one goals until the last game of the tournament finished taking in a feed of the keeper Gilberto Braga and with this Fabiano diminishes to 2x1 and goes with everything against Freddy therefore would have that to score more 2 goals to lead for penaults. But in a fast counterattack Bucetoyd receive a penault and Animael scores. Fabiano still tries to react but without success and Freddy was the Champion.
