Was played at March 23 of 2002, on a sunny Saturday at 18:00hs.
Aside a little number of subscriptions, we had 2 teams more than SWOS Open 2001 a year ago, in a eliminatory nervous tournament with great surprises. We had also a new beginner Felipe. Aside the players we had: Dani & John. |

On the maked time we had all players with exception of John that can't play the Tournament.
We have some new rules about SWOS Open Tournaments, and we must have a classification round to start the second phase with 8 players. We had 5 groups of 2 teams and the last 2 will be out of the second phase.
| FIRST PHASE |
| GROUP A |
 Raphael like always open the tournament agains Dudiabo that aside play for a long time SWOS than Raphael, only played one tournament in the new season. Dudiabo scored first but Raphael score also short after. The match still hard and nervouse until Raphael scored again and administrate the game until the end to win his first very important 3 points away. |
 Now at home Dudiabo knows that really need a win to be classified, but was Raphael that open the score still in the first minutes. Dudiabo played hard with many faults and got his first yellow card and finally make a goal on the begining of second half. The match still nervous and hard until the end. |
| GROUP B |
 For lucky both novices played at the same group, making his chances to classify more easily. Aside that, the match come very nervous and who win will be more close to the Revelation Medal. Lots of chances were wasted, none were really dangerous, ending in a boring and fair result of 0x0. Was the first match by Felipe on SWOS BRASIL. |
 Now with Luiz Alexandre at home went upside Felipe that played for the first time at MSXtick. Luiz controls the game and for a little don't opened the score. On the second half Felipe come better with MSXtick and equals the match again. But none can change the score from 0x0 and both won 2 points to try to classify. |
| GROUP C |
 Fabiano vows revenge against his brother Sandro that eliminated him at SWOS CUP 2001, saying that was only eliminated because played away with MSXtick. Now with 2 matches we will see who is better at this moment. Fabiano start well, hit many time the post, until with the keeper on the floor, but nothing comes right, and don't have the concentration needed to score. With that Sandro in a fast counter-attack scored 1x0 in the middle of the second half, leaving Fabiano very angry without believe. Now he will need to win away against his brother to classify. |
 For the faces on the pic you can see that is now personal, and Fabiano start his revenge went to attack Sandro again and again with many hard moves and received his first yellow card. Fabiano knows that only a win could make his pass to the second phase, and with a draw will be more difficult. Fabiano still going to attack his brother on the second half but was Sandro that finaly scored, and short after scored again, making Fabiano almost hit Sandro with angry. Sandro stay calm and control the match until the end putting an end on Fabiano's participation on SWOS Open 2002. |
| GROUP D |
 For irony the first two players on Ranking played against in the first phase in a very nervous and good game. Freddy was playing at home but had problem with his arm to play at the default keyboard because he can't support his arm for many time, when away he could repouse his arm over the desativated MSXtick keyboard. Leo knowing about it don't lose time and score fast, and on the second half score again. With the score at 2x0 Leo lose the best player Romário very damaged and get lost in the field. The match comes violently and both received yellow cards. Freddy scored about 80mins. The game still hard but Freddy take the control of the match with Romário out and do a huge pression against Leo until on the last minute Freddy score again to draw the game in 2x2 and celebrate like was a victory. Leo can't believe that lost a almost won game. |
 Leo back without Romário and try to change his team without him, but he only prejudice a little more. Freddy now can support his arm and control the game very easily since the first minute. Leo can't get out of his field with the ball, and when he finaly can, Freddy stop the move with violently faults. Not delay much to Freddy open the score with a great goal e keep the result until the end of the first half. On the beginning of the second half Leo done a penalty against Freddy that don't lose the chance to score 2x0. With that Leo try without success fix the team. Leo can't create nothing good and Freddy have the control of the match in his hands. Freddy score more one goal and Leo start to be very nervous because with that result, he probally will be eliminated on the first phase. But Freddy really want it and score one more time winning for 4x0, almost putting Leo out of the Tournament. |

| GROUP E |
 Bernardo start playing really bad and Rodrigão do 1x0 in the first minutes. Bernardo seams not expect a good team by Rodrigão, and comes as a surprise. So Bernardo go to attack but Rodrigão score again on the end of the first half. Bernardo now losing at home for 2x0 try to play better than on first half and be more patience with his attacks. Now he controls the match and scored soon after. Until the end of the match Bernardo try many times to score again wihout success, lost many really easily chances to goal. The time is over and Rodrigão got his first 3 points putting his team in a very good situation to classify to the second phase. |
 With all the results before Bernardo now only needs a simple draw to classify to the second phase, but at 4mins Rodrigão scored stoling all Bernardo's hopes. The match come to be very nervouse to Bernardo that try anyway make a goal but he was always stopped for Rodrigão's defense and got counter-attacks very dangerous by Rodrigão, when in one of these, Rodrigão scored 2x0. Bernardo see his classification going away, and still try something without any calm on finishing and ends got another goal by Rodrigão, lost for 3x0. He was eliminated and Leo was classified with Rodrigão. |

| SECOND PHASE |
| QUARTER OF FINAL |
 Leo besides his bad performance on the first phase don't lose the chance that won from Bernardo. Leo controls the game and win without problems aside the Raphael's resistence that could scored on the second half. With that result Leo finally got his first victory, trying to recover the lost time. Leo can lost the next match for 1 goal that will still be classified. |
 The two novices will play again against each other, so we fixed that who eliminate the other will got the Revelation Medal, so will not have a extra match to decide this. Luiz comes better and short open the score making Felipe be very nervous, and start to control the match after goal but lose many goal chances. Luiz got a very important victory that can be given a medal. |

 Sandro after two well victories against his brother don't play good against Dudiabo that got his second chance to stay on the tournament. The match turn very nervouse and hard, Dudiabo got another yellow card saying good-bye to Fair Play Medal. Dudi is playing well but is visible very nervous, and Sandro start to explore teh counter-attacks, but both lost many good chances and can't change the score from 0x0. Dudiabo will now decide at home needing only a simple victory to go to the semi-finals. |
 Rodrigão start the match making funny of Freddy remembering the 4x1 at Rodrigão Cup 2001, but Freddy short open the score and control the game and scored again to close Rodrigão's mouth. With that Rodrigão start to be nervouse for can't playing well, and to be worst he received another goal at the end of the first half. Rodrigão is now in bad places needing at least do some goals to revert on the next match at home. He until tryed on the second half but Freddy in a fast counter-attack received a penalty and scored 4x0. Rodrigão still try something without much dangerous and at 89mins Freddy scored again and almost eliminated Rodrigão. |

 Now Raphael playing at home start to attack Leo and score 1x0 soon as the match start. That score keep for a long time turn the game nervous because if Raphael scored again the place on the semi-finals will be decided on penalties shots. But on the end of the first half Leo scored, and on the beginning of the second do 2x1 before Raphael knows about the draw. With that Raphael be very nervous and lose completelly the control of match, and Leo scored without problem more two times. Raphael was out. |
 Felipe now need to win Luiz for a difference of 2 goals to win, or of 1 goal to lead to the penalties shots. But with his poor attack can't finishing any good shot to the Luiz's net, and was Luiz that stay more close to scored to garantee his classification. The match now is very hard with many faults turning nervous because the winner will won the Revelation Medal, and Luiz got a yellow card trying to stop Felipe's attack that isist in lose goals. Time is over and Luiz keep the draw going for the first time to a semi-final aside already won the Revelation Medal. Felipe was eliminated. |

 Dudiabo playing at home seams down and he does not seem very confident but open the score on the end of the first half. On the second half Dudi start to doing a lot of faults trying to stop Sandro's attacks and received another yellow card. Sandro No segundo tempo Dudi começa a bater muito para tentar parar as jogadas do Sandro e recebe mais um cartão amarelo. Sandro uses to advantage the nervousness of Dudi and ties up to the game. The match was at a critical moment where who made the goal would classify, and if none of the two take a risked the vacant would be determined in the penalties shot. But lacking to few minutes for the end of the game Sandro makes a goal in a incrible stupid move of the half field of the Dudi, capsizing the game and classifying, leading Dudi to home again on the quarter of final. |
 Rodrigão already without no hope of classifying since it would have to earn for 6x0 for this, enters in field announcing that it would go to enter to break the entire team of Freddy. But it entered giving stands in any way and finished facilitating to the game it Freddy, who soon made 2x0 with the defense of the entire Rodrigão in the soil. Rodrigão then starts to going more in the stands and to play better. With this until it obtained to make some lacks and to take a yellow, but none of the players of the Freddy had hurt. And in one of these lacks Freddy converts third. |

But to the 79 minutes Rodrigão makes a lack in the area of Freddy and in the history of the SWOS BRAZIL it for the first time happened a TILT. No player went to charge the lack and had that to abort the game and to preset of where we stop.
Rodrigão celebrates the TILT and request for cancellation of the game, but presets the game leaving Freddy to make 3 gols for the 79 minutes the game so it restarts to be valid. Rodrigão trying to help finished scoring a own goal with his Keeper, and finished like this, ends in 4x0. |

| SEMI FINALS |
 Freddy soon at 2mins had his defender Barroso sending off and the things comes dark because he need to win with MSXtick where he can support the arm and play better. Aside that start well and open the score in a beautiful play, but Leo isn't dead and knows that is his chance to eliminate his major adversary. So goes to attack inside the role left by Barroso and score 2 times changing the score with another great goals. It's a beautiful game to both players and in a counter-attack Freddy score again drawing the game, but Leo not let he celebrate and short after score 3x2. The match turn into tense and violent to both sides and Leo received his second yellow card. Freddy in almost a miracle scored at 89mins with Animael. |
 Who win will already got at least the Silver medal, and both never be too good in a tournament before. Both arrived there without lose in SWOS Open 2002 and Sandro was the favorite, but was Luiz that open the score surprising all. The time was passing and Sandro getting more nervous for not score yet. Start the second half with Sandro attacking like mad and Luiz comming sometimes in dangerous counter-attacks leaving Sandro more nervous. Sandro insist in higher balls but doesn't work. Luiz still protecting with all arms until that lefting about 3 minnutes for the end Sandro finaly score against Luiz that arrived in Semi Finals without receive any goal. Sandro need a simple victory at home to be a finalist. |

 Freddy aside be without Barroso, his mid-fielder Toma No Cu Bebeto was hurt and can't play. And for the other side Leo had back Romário now 100% fixed. Leo now with the full team goes up against Freddy that need to decide about if will stay with a good attack, or a good mid-field, and he choose a good attack. But Leo playing very well soon open the score and control the game. Freddy score with many enfort in the end of the first half. Start the second half and Leo soon do 2x1, worsting the things to Freddy. Freddy until try but can't stop the Leo counter-attack so well like before and let his mid-field too open to Leo, that in one of these score again closing the game. Leo was for the second time in a SWOS Open final and Freddy will be fight for the Bronze medal again. |
 It's another match that all we expect again a easy victory by Sandro, but wasn't nothing like that, was very hard, close and nervous. Sandro attack Luiz Alexandre anytime but without much technique, with more heart than mind, and with that he was shoting from very away from the net, with any dangerous to Luiz's keeper. Luiz was more calm aside is only a novice and be on the semi final is already an honor, and he was already won the Revelation Medal. Stay more defending his net and shooting away to stop Sandro attacks, and maybe with lucky that shootings arrive in his attacker's foot and he can score, and sometimes this happened and Sandro almost have a heart attack because they are very dangerous. It's second half now and Sandro can't do nothing aside easy balls to Luiz's keeper, when Luiz got some good shots passing somes inches of the post. Almost at the end Sandro finally score with a ball left by the Luiz's keeper, a beginner error. So he take more calm and save the match until the end without problems.  Freddy very dissapointed with for lose don't had problems to done 4x0 in the novice Luiz aside play with the second team and play with 4-4-2, tactic that he not used to play. Luiz also not represent none reaction and was completely dominated by Freddy. |
 The second match was like a party, and Freddy done 4x0 again without problem and both stay happy. Freddy got the Bronze Medal and was waiting for the final games to try got the Higher Scorer Medal also, and Luiz got the Revelation Medal. |
| FINAL |
 Is time for the great final, and not be different than others. The match start very nervous and with very much caution of both sides, no one are getting too risk. Sandro arrived without lose on the final and for play at home start to getting risk first and attack more than Leo, but was again very without mind when finishing and made the things easily to Leo.  In the beginning on the second half Leo went to attack more and in a beatiful play of Pet the Sandro's defense fail and Romário scored 1x0 on the dreamed final. With that Leo back his players and start to play in counter-attacks only and Sandro seams very nervouse and are shooting so badly to reach Leo's net, and with it Leo take a big step to be champion again.  Sandro changed his team and start the match going to attack with all weapons and control the match since the first minute. Leo already expert defend yourself well and wait for a good moment to attack, since the Sandro's attacks aren't well dangerous.  In a Sandro's attack, Leo steal the ball and give a big shot to the other field, a Sandro's defensor make a mistake and leave the ball and Romário got it, invade the area and scored a nice goal doing 1x0. Now Sandro don't have other choose thatn attack more, and until that start well better, really control the game without letting Leo play arriving many times on Leo's goal but shooting very badly again, losing cleary goal chances. Aside Leo had start very badly the tournament and almost be eliminated on the first phase, finished chanpion in a great tournament. Knows to lose when he could, and win when he must win became for the second time champion of SWOS Open aside with the worst defense. |

Bernardo dissapointed be the last one and because was eliminated on the first phase for the first time in history. The novice Felip aside not playing well, won a good place in the tournament, staying in front of 3 good players. Raphael that was getting risk of relegation afirmed his position at first division with his results. Freddy that make great scores against strong teams inclued the champion, lose in the wrong time and only got the 3rd place with the Bronze and Higher Scorer Medals. |
